SweetlyInvited is a self-service studio for creating bilingual wedding invitation websites. We offer included templates and optional bespoke designs, AI-assisted media, RSVP collection, and publishing to a SweetlyInvited subdomain or your own custom domain.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, or offensive content, not to misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it, and to ensure you have the rights to any photos, names, or content you upload, including consent from people pictured.

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant SweetlyInvited a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you. The template designs and the SweetlyInvited platform remain our property.

Purchases are one-time payments per wedding site, with no recurring subscription. Prices are shown before checkout and charged in the currency presented. Payments are processed by Stripe. An invitation code can cover the whole price, in which case nothing is charged.

Your invitation is digital content delivered immediately at your request. At checkout you agree to that and waive your right of withdrawal once the invitation is published. Until it is published, you may cancel for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Once it is published, it counts as delivered and is no longer refundable.

Guest photo uploads are an optional extra. Guests may upload photos for 30 days from the wedding date, up to 60 photos each and 30 MB per photo. By uploading, a guest confirms they may share the photo with the couple. Photos are private to the couple, who are responsible for how they use them, and are deleted 90 days after the wedding date. We may remove uploads that break the Acceptable use rules.

Some media is generated using AI from inputs you provide. Results may vary and are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing generated media before publishing it.

The service is provided on a commercially reasonable best-effort basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SweetlyInvited is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Published sites may be taken down for violations or non-payment.
