Choosing and paying
Do we pay before we see it?
No. Open any world in the collection, then set up your own with your names, date and story. You see it exactly as your guests will, and pay only when you publish it.
What is the difference between personally animated and normal?
A personally animated invitation opens with an authored film and a seal your guests break before they step in. A normal invitation is a painted or classic world without the opening film. Everything after the opening is the same in both.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once per invitation, when you publish. There is no renewal and nothing to cancel.
Are there any extras?
One, and it is optional: a private album where your guests upload the photos they took at your wedding, for €29. Nothing else is charged.
Can we get a refund?
Yes. You get a full refund within 14 days if you have not published the invitation.
Making it yours
Who makes our invitation?
You do, in a few minutes. The world is already made; you add your names, date, venue and story in the editor and see every change as your guests will.
How long until it is live?
The moment you publish. There is no designer queue: what you see in the editor is what your guests open.
Can we change it after publishing?
Yes, any time and at no extra cost. Your guests see the change at once.
Can we switch sections on and off?
Yes. Countdown, map, story, gallery, RSVP, guestbook, music, dress code, programme and gifts each have their own switch.
Your guests
Can our guests read it in Arabic?
Yes. Every world is set in English and Arabic; the Arabic runs right to left in its own type, with Eastern numerals.
Can each guest see their own name?
In every painted world and in some of the others, yes: send each guest their own link and their name is on the cover when they open it. Each world lists it under "What you get". In every world, the reply is matched to your guest list by itself.
How do guests reply?
On the invitation itself. You see every reply in your guest list, can give each guest a table, and send reminders by WhatsApp or e-mail.
Do guests need an app or an account?
No. It opens in any phone browser from the link you send, by WhatsApp, QR code or a copied link.
